What is Third & Main?
Time is a luxury these days. Sure you want to spend hours shopping for the latest decor to help give your house the home feel, but so few have the time. Since 2017, Third & Main has been the premier home decor subscription box company and gift boxing service, curating beautiful finds and shipping them directly to your door. What is our style? 
We offer 4 different style boxes. Choose from the original Modern Farmhouse, Modern Traditional, Contemporary or Luxe styles. We offer quarterly and semi-annual plans. Learn more about each style here

How is the Third & Main Experience Different from Other Boxes?
We are not a discount decor box. Third & Main is a curation service for home decor and gifting. We spend hours searching and sampling items to include in our boxes in order to provide our customers with a beautiful and cohesive unboxing experience. Every box compliments previous boxes, so you can ensure a consistent look and feel in your home. This is truly a boutique shopping service delivered to your door. We also offer unparalleled customer service that give our subscribers peace of mind when ordering.

What is in a box?
You can expect to find products such as luxurious textiles like throws, runners and more, hand sewn pillow covers, kitchen specialty items, serve ware, ceramics, on trend home décor, deluxe soy candles, beautiful stationery products, amazing smelling soaps and lotions and more. View past boxes here

Do I need to subscribe?
Yes, you need to subscribe to receive the home decor subscription boxes. However, you can purchase items individually from our shop, including gift boxes.

Shipping perks. Members enjoy free shipping to add-ons items for your seasonal box (when available).

How much is a box?
The Quarterly Modern Farmhouse box is $159 per box. The Quarterly Contemporary box is $169 per box. The Semi Annual Modern Traditional box is $285 per box. The Semi Annual Modern Farmhouse is $265 per box. The Semi Annual Contemporary is $290 per box. Luxe is $499 per box. Shipping and Sales tax where applicable. 

According to Nevada State law, the purchaser must pay Nevada sales tax of 8.27% directly to the Nevada Department of Revenue if purchasing from out of state. 

When do your boxes ship?
2024 shipping dates are: 3/20, 6/20, 9/20, 11/15

When will I be billed?
2024 bill dates: 2/20, 5/20, 8/20, 10/20

Subscribers will be billed on the 20th of the month prior to shipment, i.e. March 20th bill date for Spring box which will ship by April 20th. Your initial purchase covers your first box. If you subscribe after a box is sold out, you will automatically be signed up to receive the next seasonal box.

Prepay subscribers will be billed on their annual renewal date. The prepay plan is no longer available, however, those on this plan are grandfathered in until they cancel. 

Can I choose what is in my home decor box?
Subscribers are often offered choices of products in their box.

If I don't make a selection, will I still receive a box?
Yes, you will. If a product selection is not made, our team will make one for you. We highly recommend making a selection so you receive the box of your choosing. 

Can I return an item if I do not like it? 
We do not offer returns on our home decor boxes, bundles, shop items, or gift boxes. If you happen not to like an item, simply re-gift it to a friend.  We offer replacements (if available) or store credit in the event of damage. Please email us with photos of both the damage and the shipping box and we will work to make it right. Email hello@mythirdandmain.com for assistance.

Can I pause or skip a box?
Yes! You are able to pause/skip one box per calendar year without change to your subscription. Any additional skip/pauses during the calendar year will automatically revert to the current pricing and shipping fees for future boxes you may select to order. Please email hello@mythirdandmain.com for assistance with this. **Additionally, please note - your subscription will automatically resume/unpause for the next season.**

How do I cancel my subscription or update my account information?
You can log into your account to make changes to your account such as billing/shipping updates, etc. Please email hello@mythirdandmain.com to cancel your subscription. Change of Address and Cancellations and skipping requests, must be received by the 1st of month prior to the next ship date. 

For example, you must cancel or skip your subscription for the Spring Box by February 1st in order to avoid being charged for and receiving the Spring Box. Cancellations after February 1st will take effect for the Summer Box. 

Cancellations for the Pre-Pay Plan will take affect the on your next annual renewal date, which is 1 year from the date of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to North America (United States and Canada).
